Hire Terms & Conditions

Bond

The Bond payment is required to cover cleaning or damage costs but may be refunded if the premises are left in a satisfactory condition.

Licensed Premises

The clubhouse is a Licensed Premise and alcohol may only be provided from the bar. Liquor is not to be brought to the premises.

 

Service of alcohol/drinks is to be arranged with the Bar Staff, and include dry till (a pre-arranged limit) or cash etc. Under the Liquor Act any function must cease by midnight.

All identification and proof of age may be checked by the Bar Staff before alcohol is served. Bar staff abide by the responsible service of alcohol under the New South Wales Liquor Licensing Laws and may refuse to serve patrons if they become intoxicated.

Equipment or Decorations

All equipment or decorations brought into the club for the function must be removed before 10.00am the following morning. No responsibility will be taken by the Campsie South Bowling & Recreation Club for any items left in the club.

​

Bowling Greens

The Bowling Greens are out of bounds to children and guests unless previously arranged with the Club Management as part of your function.

​

Children

Children are welcome in the club house and social areas, but are the responsibility of their accompanying parent or guardian and must be supervised at all times.

​

Excluded Functions

The Campsie South Bowling & Recreation Club do not provide facilities for 18th or 21st Birthday Parties.
